By using TrackBranded, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use TrackBranded to create, host, or distribute links that contain or lead to:

  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans

  • Phishing, identity theft, or deceptive content

  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or automated spam bots

  • Adult content or sexually explicit material

  • Hate speech, harassment, violence, or extremist content

  • Illegal drugs or weapons

  • Copyright-infringing material

  • Scams, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways

  • Fraudulent or misleading advertising

  • Child exploitation or harm of any kind

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward these violations.

2. Prohibited Behaviors

You may NOT:

  • Use TrackBranded to hide, disguise, or obfuscate harmful destinations

  • Circumvent URL filters, blacklists, or security controls

  • Engage in click fraud or PPC manipulation

  • Attempt to disable, overload, or interfere with our systems

  • Scrape or attempt unauthorized access to TrackBranded

  • Use automated scripts to generate large numbers of links without permission

  • Resell or share your account without authorization

3. Enforcement

We may:

  • Disable or delete links

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Block access to abusive IPs

  • Report illegal activity to authorities

We reserve full discretion.
